Leo Cavallini, Brazilian photographer based in London, Canada—halfway between Toronto and Detroit—has traversed a dynamic journey through the realms of visual communications. Starting with graphic design and web development in the early days of the internet, he transitioned to photography around 2006, amid the ongoing shift from analog to digital. During this time, he worked as assistant photographer and retoucher for some of Brazil's top commercial and advertising photographers before going solo in 2009.
Over the past 15 years, Leo has worked in a variety of photography niches, adding major brands like Coca-Cola, Praxair, Burger King, Diageo, UPS, and Roland to his portfolio. He has also collaborated with numerous Brazilian and international artists, brands, and magazines.
Leo's passion for sports, particularly cycling and hiking, has flourished since relocating to the other end of the Americas, leading him to embrace other modalities like snowboarding and kayaking. With this blend of experience and adventurous spirit, Leo specializes in crafting compelling stories in the sports, lifestyle, and entertainment segments.
